Autodesk Simplified Upgrade Pricing & Retirement Program
Autodesk will be retiring upgrades, cross-grades, and retroactive Subscription from the Autodesk® 2007 family of products.
The best way to get current and stay current is to upgrade your Autodesk® 2007, 2008, and 2009 software with Autodesk® Subscription before March
16, 2010.
With Autodesk Subscription, you get many productivity-boosting advantages, including:

After March 16, 2010, a new, streamlined upgrade pricing model will go into effect-all upgrades, cross-grades, and retroactive Subscription fees up to three
releases back will be priced at 50% of a full license.

Autodesk Legacy Program
The Autodesk Legacy Program provides customers who own valid licenses of select, retired Autodesk software products the opportunity to purchase new
discounted licenses of current Autodesk software. (Note: AutoCAD LT® software is not eligible for the Autodesk Legacy Program.) To qualify for the
Autodesk Legacy Program, you must have a valid license of the retired release and purchase Autodesk Subscription.
